Mohawk Spirits was extremely honored to present its grant research results at the 2021 ADI Annual Conference in Louisville, Kentucky, August 23-26. 2021. Dr. Eric Stroud gave his talk on Tuesday morning on the Expo Floor stage on “Esoteric Distilling: Reconstructing Stills from the 16-18th Centuries”. Some highlights from the week are below:
