We have been busy during Covid-19 building new stills with our ADI grant! As I write this, three stills have been built, and one more is designed. We will be publishing photographs and preliminary data at our showcase site: Nanodistilling.com Check it out!
At the farm, pawpaws, mayhaws, and a variety of berries are now ready for harvest. These will go into various liqueurs over the winter. It was not a great harvest this year due to a late frost. Beach plums and peaches were particularly hit hard for us. Despite this, the trees added a lot of growth this year and we are hopeful for a bumper crop in 2021!
